Riley is provided here for private product evaluation. This environment is not intended for live patient care, production scheduling, payment processing, or access to real patient records.
Information to use during evaluation
Please use sample or fictional information when testing Riley. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, credential, medical-record, or patient-identifying information through this evaluation.
Voice-session technology
The live voice evaluation uses third-party service providers to operate the session. Information you submit may be transmitted to and processed by those providers as needed to deliver the live voice experience.
Microphone access
Microphone permission is requested only when required to begin the live voice interaction. Permission settings remain under the control of your browser and device.
Production deployments
A production deployment for a clinic may use different integrations, data-handling practices, disclosures, retention settings, and contractual safeguards. Those requirements must be configured for the specific clinic and applicable jurisdiction before live patient use.
